Draft placeholder. This text is a structural outline only and is not legal advice. It must be replaced with policy wording reviewed by Just Pay for It Payment Solutions Ltd.'s legal counsel before launch.
Please read these terms carefully. By using this website or the Just Pay services, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and the Just Pay merchant services. Your merchant agreement, signed during onboarding, contains additional terms that apply to payment processing.
2. Eligibility and onboarding
To open an account you must be at least 18, authorised to act for the business, and provide accurate information. We may decline or close accounts that do not pass verification or risk review.
3. Our services
As a payment facilitator, Just Pay enables you to accept payments through our regulated acquiring and banking partners. Settlement timing depends on your bank, your risk profile and partner rules.
4. Fees
Fees are set out in your merchant agreement and on our pricing page. We deduct fees from settlements unless agreed otherwise.
5. Your obligations
You agree to use the services only for lawful goods and services, follow card network rules, keep your credentials secure and promptly respond to disputes and chargebacks.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in your merchant agreement.
7. Ending the relationship
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or where required by our partners or regulators.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your merchant agreement.
