What is a payment facilitator?

A payment facilitator (PayFac) lets you accept card and digital payments under its own master merchant relationship with regulated banks and card networks. That means you skip the lengthy traditional merchant account process and can start getting paid much faster.

How quickly can I start accepting payments?

Our onboarding is fully digital. Once you complete the web form, verify your identity and sign with eSignature, most businesses can start accepting payments within minutes of approval.

What do I need to sign up?

Your business registration details and registered address, copies of your company registration documents, and a proof of address in the business name or a director's name. For every director you'll need their residential address and copies of two different forms of photo ID, such as a passport and a driver's permit. Finally, add the bank account where you'd like your funds settled. You can upload everything from your phone.

Which payment methods can my customers use?

Every major card and wallet: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, China UnionPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Local customers and international visitors can pay with any of them across all seven Just Pay channels.

When do I receive my money?

Funds settle directly to your local business bank account. You can track every payment, payout and fee in real time in your dashboard, with reconciliation reports ready to download.

Do I need to buy a card terminal?

No. Six of our seven channels need no hardware at all: Tap to Pay on your phone, TXT2Pay, Electronic Invoicing, QR Codes, Collect Checkout and Online. If you want a dedicated POS terminal, you can lease one from us for a low monthly fee instead of buying it outright.

Payments run on regulated rails through our licensed acquiring and banking partners. Card data is encrypted and tokenized, and every merchant is verified during onboarding to keep the network safe.
